Once Denied Now Most Visited - Marcos Marcos Museum and Mausoleum is a place that can be addressed when tourists want to remember the history of the leadership of the Philippines. The place is located in the heart of the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
In this place tourists can see Marcos rigid body that has been preserved since 1993 ago. Marcos died on 28 September 1989 from complications of lung disease, kidney, and liver in Hawaii.
Because not recognized when returning to his country, the Marcos body was buried in a private cemetery on the island of Oahu, Japan. It was only in 1993, his body was allowed to be brought back to the Philippines.
After 24 years of death, the body of Marcos still stored neatly in place. Every day more and more are visiting Mausoelum Marcos to pay respects and to know the history of the trail.
